Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Looped (“Looped”), an event-invitation service operated by Cardinal Blue Software (“Cardinal Blue”). By using Looped, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Looped lets you create event pages, share invite links, collect RSVPs, and gather photos in a per-event shared album.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use Looped.

3. Your Account

You sign in with a verified email address or phone number. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping access to your sign-in channel secure.

4. Text Messages (SMS)

If you give us your phone number, we text you the messages needed to run Looped: sign-in codes, RSVP confirmations, updates a host posts to an event you responded to, and notifications when someone mentions you. We do not send promotional or marketing texts. Message frequency varies with the events you host or attend, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from Looped, or HELP for help; you can also reach us at the address in the Contact section. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Because sign-in codes are sent the same way, replying STOP also stops those. If you sign in with your phone number, add an email address to your account before opting out so you keep a way in.

5. Your Content

You keep ownership of the content you create (events, messages, photos). You grant Looped a limited license to host, store, and display that content to the people you share it with, solely to operate the service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • upload or share content that is illegal, infringing, harassing, hateful, or that violates others’ privacy;
  • upload photos of people without a right to do so;
  • misuse or disrupt the service, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it or to other users’ accounts.

Event hosts are responsible for moderating their event’s album and activity feed.

7. Content Removal & Suspension

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Service “As Is”

Looped is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Cardinal Blue is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Looped.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China), without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
